Writing A to Z

I have written everything from book proposals to flash fiction to press releases to blog posts. Mind you, I am horrible at poetry, because my poetry makes people cry for all the wrong reasons. I generally focus on YA fiction, how-to articles for the writing and nonprofit industries and I specialize in web writing. I also tend to get sucked into producing newspapers for youth conferences all over the world.

I've been published over 150 times online and in print including in Voice of Youth Advocates, FundsforWriters.com newsletter, Poets & Writers, Sex, Etc. (a teen health newsletter), MTV.com, Writing, and Kiwibox.com.

Current Projects

In the fiction department, I'm currently working on my thesis, a novel (god I love art school), called The Tattooed Virgin about a young Australian named Kate who owns a Spanish war horse in dusty New South Wales and her journey to become a tattooed lady at Coney Island in 1912.
